Hello, I’m Beth Charlotte Goode but have been known as Bettie Lottie by my nearest and dearest for years. I have a real passion for make up and beauty, and have been a qualified MUA and beauty therapist for over 16 years.
Over those years I have worked in luxury spas and boutique salons, and I also spent two years travelling the world as a Inflight Beauty Therapist for Virgin Atlantic! I have worked with amazing brands such as Clarins, Elemis, Decléor, Dermalogica and Spa Find and now Templa Spa. I believe in first class service all the way, and I endeavour to ensure that my clients receive this when I work with them.
In 2011 I went back to University to study Artistic Make Up and Special Effects and at the same time I started my own business specialising in Wedding Makeup. It was from here that the seed for Bettie Lottie was sown and my career went from strength to strength. In 2015 I opened a one stop salon, Donovan Goode Hair and Beauty. After several years of running my salon, I decided to scale back so that I could concentrate on starting a family, my other passion in life.
Here we are today, happily married with two babies and my fur baby Hudson. We live in a lovely house, which is also home to my Bettie Lottie salon, and my make up business is thriving. So here’s to the future and the exciting times that are always ahead!

Ho my gosh! The Japanese Headspa I had today with Beth was amazing! The whole experience was out of this world from the scalp assessment … to the fabulous facial, massage etc. I cannot recommend Beth enough; she is an amazing therapist.

If I could give Beth 100 stars, I would! I had the 60 minute treatment and it was the most relaxing hour of my life!! I’m already trying to rebook the 120 minute one. Beth’s salon is immaculately clean, so calming, smells gorgeous and lovely and warm. I was made to feel so welcome and the attention to detail is amazing. The treatment itself had so many little different stages that I wasn’t expecting. Even better, my hair washed and ready to be blow dried when I got home and was also given a free hair clip. Having a Japanese head spa with Beth was the most amazing and relaxing experience! It sounded great when she explained all the different elements to it but I was still surprised by just how amazing it actually felt! Beth is a fantastic therapist and I left the treatment feeling completely calm and relaxed and with lovely soft hair too! Will definitely be going to her again for this.

What a treat! This was my first Japanese head spa and it certainly lived up to my expectations and more! Absolutely loved every second. Was especially impressed with how many steps there are to this treatment from the scalp analysis, massage, deep cleanse, mask, steam to the hand and arm massage! I left feeling totally relaxed, refreshed and pampered. I may even have drifted off a couple of times! Definitely booking in for another soon. Thanks Beth
